1. Free Trial and Subscription:

The Service offers a free 7-day trial for $0.99. After the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews at $19.99 per month unless cancelled before the renewal date. The subscription grants access to 10 free PPSR reports per month.

2. Cancellations:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, even during the free trial period. Cancelling your subscription will prevent automatic renewal charges. Here’s how to cancel:

• Through Your Account: Log in to your account using the temporary password sent via email or a password you created. In your account dashboard, locate the "Subscription" section and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.
• Contact Us: You can also cancel by contacting our support team via our contact form or by emailing us directly at [email protected]. In your email, please state your intention to cancel and provide your registered email address.

3. Refunds:

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees, as you have full access to the Service during the trial period and ongoing subscription. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the following situations, we may consider issuing a full or partial refund:

• Failed PPSR Report: If the PPSR report fails to generate due to a government connection issue or an API error on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund for that specific report. Please contact support with details of the failed report for processing.
• Technical Difficulties: If you encounter persistent technical difficulties that prevent you from using the Service, we may consider issuing a partial refund or prorated refund for the affected period. Please contact support for assistance and to discuss your options.

4. Refund Process:

If you qualify for a refund under this Policy, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will process your request as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Important Notes:

Cancelling your subscription will immediately terminate your access to the PPSR reports and prevent future charges. You will not have access to any remaining reports for the current subscription month.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We will not notify you of changes via email.
